1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdg33 app (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at bdg33-app.club, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and all associated promotional activities.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the bdg33 app platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting the support team via live chat.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bdg33 app platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on this platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and is strictly enforced.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain eligible throughout your use of the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on bdg33 app, you must create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are strictly permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bdg33 app. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in:

• Suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of any bonus funds, free bets, or winnings obtained through or from bonus funds across all accounts.
• Potential forfeiture of the entire account balance where fraud or intentional deception is established.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bdg33 app will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your password. Any communication that appears to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

bdg33 app uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transfers and maintains secure, encrypted storage of all account credentials. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no online system can guarantee absolute security and that you accept the residual risks associated with online account management.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdg33 app accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or account tier.

All payment methods used to deposit funds must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the player's account may be subject to review and potential suspension.

• Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within 5–15 minutes, subject to network conditions.

• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing times for Rocket, Upay, and card methods may vary between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on the processing queue and any additional verification requirements.

bdg33 app does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. bdg33 app has no control over these third-party fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

bdg33 app reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on transactions that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. During such a review, the relevant withdrawal may be placed on hold until the review is complete. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their account via live chat or email.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bdg33 app offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 of qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity window and are removed from your account along with any associated bonus-derived winnings.
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds count toward meeting wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

In such cases, the platform will endeavour to honour any bets already placed under the promotion terms at the time of placement.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bdg33 app, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy or third party.
• Using automated tools, betting bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's systems.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability. Any winnings obtained as a direct result of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating betting patterns to guarantee a result or share winnings in a manner that circumvents the platform's rules.
• Participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the sporting events on which you are betting.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the platform without written permission from bdg33 app.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdg33 app support staff or other players.

bdg33 app employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the platform reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze, cancellation of pending bets, and forfeiture of bonus funds — pending a full investigation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bdg33 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been established or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found or suspected to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading identity or payment information.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy and that exclusion period is in effect.
• bdg33 app receives a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request to close the account.

If a player wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals that meet all applicable verification and wagering requirements will be processed. Real-money balances not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bdg33 app reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdg33 app shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss — even if bdg33 app has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bdg33 app makes every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or technical error.
• All information displayed on the platform — including odds, scores, and market data — is accurate and free from error at all times.
• The platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, although appropriate security measures are maintained.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect payout calculation, or an erroneous game result, bdg33 app reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake amount to the player's account balance. No additional compensation beyond the stake refund will be provided in such cases.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, bdg33 app's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and bdg33 app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bdg33 app's customer support team, which is available 24/7 via live chat.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first being raised with the support team, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. bdg33 app is committed to resolving all player disputes in good faith, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

bdg33 app maintains detailed records of all transactions, bets, account activity, and support interactions. These records constitute the authoritative account of events in any dispute scenario. Players are encouraged to retain their own records of transactions and correspondence for reference.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bdg33 app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at bdg33-app.club/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made.

For significant changes — such as modifications to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or account closure procedures — bdg33 app will endeavour to notify active players via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
